Please keep in mind that the manufacturer policies are constantly changing. We do our best to keep our pages up to date, but it's possible that anything written below is incomplete. We take the manufacturer's most recent policy as law. If that differs from what you see here, please follow their shipping and return policy.
Some of our game room tables such as pool table and Shuffleboard are large and are shipped with freight. Be sure you measure your desired space to determine if the item fits into the space.
Also make your doorways, stairways and hallways leading up to the room can be navigated.
If after your order arrives you discovered that the item is too large to navigate to your desired room, it will be your responsibility to cover the cost of disassembling and reassembling if any.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Review the payment and delivery information. To correct any errors with your orders, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. If you correct your billing and shipping information after product is shipped, you’re responsible for any cost associated with this error. So be sure you enter in our order system the correct information.
As soon as we receive your order, we immediately check the availability of the item you purchased and start processing your order. If the item is out of stock, we will place a backorder for you and let you know via e-mail as soon as it is ready for shipment. If your item is unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via e-mail.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 1-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
Our free shipping is curb-side shipment only. This means the driver will bring the shipment to the curb outside your home or building and you’re responsible to remove your shipment from the truck. If the driver kind enough to help you, it is good, but you may need someone to help you move the item into your room.
If you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access, the delivery truck is not required to go there due to safety and liability reasons. We strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery.
If the item you ordered is heavy and you’re unable to remove it from the freight truck, you may need to use optional liftgate service where the freight driver removes the item from the truck and place it in your driveway. From there, you’re responsible to move the item inside.
This delivery service is the most complete service of all options. The freight driver will bring the item inside your home and put it in your preferred space. The cost of this services varies by a company so call us before choosing this delivery option.
By placing an order for a back ordered item the customer agrees to pre-pay for the item so that the item can ship directly from the manufacturer once restocked.
Back-order items can be cancelled but are subject to all of the conditions and fees of regularly stocked item cancellations. If a backorder ships out, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping fees as well as a restocking fee of 25%. By processing your payment, we guarantee to reserve the back order items for you and deliver as soon as possible. Please note that backorder dates can fluctuate and or get pushed back, all restock dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
We will update the customer when and where we are made aware of delays by the manufacturer. Due to supply chain issues, inflation of cost of labor, raw material, and the increases in transportation costs - backorders are subject to a price increase when restocked. We do make every effort to absorb price increases for our customers, but it is simply not feasible to do so when the inflated dealer cost exceeds our sales price. You are not forced to keep your order and you are welcome to cancel the order penalty free if the price increase is not acceptable for you. If we have not processed your order, you can cancel your order and reselect.
Once your item is shipped, you will be notified when approximately you are expected to receive the shipment. Most orders are delivered in under 7 business days. Please be aware that it can take up to 14 business day for delivery. Stated delivery times and dates are not guaranteed. Because of various situations such as weather condition, traffic condition, natural and disaster such as accident can delay the deliveries. Cancelling order because of delivery delays caused by conditions outside of our control is subject to 25% restocking fee and round-trip shipping cost.
When your shipment arrives at your local shipping terminal, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window. Normally, there will be a 4-hour time frame for the delivery, and someone must be home to receive the delivery. If you miss the delivery, it is your responsibility to pay for re-delivery. Please do not miss your delivery appointment.
It is your responsibility to accept all shipments once the delivery appointment is scheduled. This includes but is not limited to:
If you refuse delivery for reasons other than damage or missing pieces, you will be responsible for two-way freight cost and restocking fees of 25%
When your delivery arrives, it is very IMPORTANT that you do thorough inspection of the package before accepting it.
Any shipping damage must be reported to Swanky Man Cave within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Photos demonstrating the extent of the damage are required and must be received within 3 days of the damage being reported. This enables us to make sure your claim is taken care successfully and you are not liable for the cost of a repair or replacement.
If you sign the delivery receipt without thoroughly inspecting the package and without noting any damage or missing pieces, you’re confirming that the order you received is in a perfect condition. Then you’ll be responsible for missing or damage product replacement in the event that you discover product damage later on. No matter the circumstances such as you or driver is in hurry, the item is too large to inspect, lack of help or concealed damage, you’re still responsible.

Orders may be cancelled with no penalty prior to billing. Orders cancelled after billing and before shipping will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. If you would like to cancel and your order has shipped or has been prepared for shipment you will receive a full refund minus all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fees. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.
If you order custom and made-to-order product you can cancel for a full refund any time before the order is billed and before it goes into production. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order to avoid penalty
Note: If you confirm your order or decided to cancel your order after 24 hours, a non-refundable 3% will be deducted from your refund.
Some brands do not allow cancellations after the order is billed or processed. Some require cancellation penalty. Contact us for details

If you met all the requirements, you have two options to receive your refunds:
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code (RAC). Items returned without a RAC will be refused and no refund will be given. To receive a RAC, send an email to support@Swankymancave.com with your name, order number and reason for return. All return must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. All return request is processed during standard business hours M-F 9am-8pm MT.
All items that come in boxes must be returned with the original packaging intact, unused and undamaged condition. Items that experience shipping damage may not be returned as we reserve the right to fix or replace the item. Returns must be picked up and in transit, no more than 14 days from the date of delivery and must include all instructions, pieces etc. On approved returns, we offer a complete refund less all shipping costs and a 25% restocking and processing fee.
Custom, made to order products and products with home installation are not eligible for return or refund and these sales are considered final once installation has commenced.
Please note that custom pool table cloth/felt sales are final, each cloth is custom cut and sold by the yard. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are ordering the correct amount of yards to felt your pool table.
Due to the size and magnitude of shuffleboard and pool table shipments, all shuffleboard and pool table sales are final. We reserve the right to issue a replacement and or repair to correct your order. While we cannot accept any return requests for our shuffleboard and pool tables, we will ensure that you receive a product that is free of any manufacturing defects and will send you free replacement parts as necessary to complete your game table.
Pricing errors on our store are rare but it can happen. We cannot honor pricing errors. We also reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.
Our manufacturers stand behind the quality of their products. If you received defective products or other product issues
All product warranty is provided by the manufacturer - if any. Please refer to the product page for warranty information and contact us if you have any questions regarding warranty terms for a particular product.
In order to get manufacturer product warranty service, manufacturer may ask you to provide a copy of a sales receipt, gift receipt, or purchase invoice showing the original purchase date.
Manufacturer warranty is voided if proper usage of the product is not followed. Example, if non-commercial product is used for commercial purpose. Please read carefully each manufacturer’s warranty terms
We strongly encourage you to not delay delivery of any order placed through Swanky Man Cave. If you need to schedule an exact delivery date, coordinate with us before your order ships. Otherwise, you may be responsible for returning the item to the manufacturer. You may also be charged 3-5 days of storage fees. That's a headache you don't need.

Also please note: While extremely rare, freight companies may lose or misplace your item. You will not be responsible for this loss, as long as you allow the freight company to rectify the issue. We will help expedite a resolution to the best of our ability.
Any and all fees associated with missed delivery appointments and unwarranted product refusals will be automatically billed to the customer’s card on file and another delivery attempt will be made. If card on file cannot be billed customer agrees to pay for the invoice in other way acceptable to us. within 7 days or be turned over to collections.
We make every effort to accurately depict a product's color on our website. But what you see on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product you receive due to variances in your screen's settings and resolution. You agree to purchase the item based on appearance as shown and described. Returns are not allowed based on color or buyer's remorse.
